1. Package is per room type for 2 adults on twin sharing basis(For cottage it is for 4 adults). Guest above 12 years of age would be treated as adult.
2. Children (between 5-12 years) would be charged as per table above. Children bellow 5 years will not be charged.

Booking Procedure
Following the below mentioned steps will ensure a hassle free booking experience:
1. Check the tariff page and decide on the type of room you would want to select. “Maximum Permissible Persons” column will also help you decide the no of rooms you will need for your group.
2. Call on +91-7738772775 and confirm the room availability.
3. Deposit the entire amount (part payment will not confirm room bookings) in the account mentioned below :
4. Send an email mentioning the money transfer details. Carry the money transfer slip with you at the time of check-in
5. You will receive a confirmatory sms (or phone call) from the resort as soon as the money gets credited in our account.

Cancellation policy
1. Cancellations done with a prior notice of minimum 15 days will merit a deduction of Rs.1000/- as administrative charges or 10% of the total package amount, whichever is less!!
2. Cancellations done with a notice period of 7-14 days will invite a 50% deduction of the package amount.
3. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice period will suffer 100% deduction.
Very Important :
i. Money would be remitted on the same name which was used to book the rooms.
ii. All refunds processing time will be 15 days from the date of receipt of your cancellation notice.
iii. Guest would need to convey the cancellation via email/sms (which ever way they have initiated the booking procedure, from the same mobile no / email id that they have used in the earlier communications).
!! Management will take the decision in all cases of cancellations and it would be final !!
