Guidelines for Guests:

We indeed hold our guests in high esteem and treat them as such!!

But then we have more than a 100 guests at the same time and it’s our duty to keep them comfortable to the best of our ability!!

We therefore request our guests to abide by the rules that we have set to ensure a memorable stay for all our guests.

Help us serve you better!!!

1.   Check-in and Check-out timings:

Check-in 1:00 pm & Check-out 11:00 am.

2.   Rooms:

a.    Every room will be provided with 2 towels, 2 soap bars and 2 shampoo sachets.

b.    Guests requesting for an extra towel will be charged.

c.   Bed sheets & pillow covers are changed once a day. Any out of turn “change of linen” request will be charged for. 

d.    Guests are also requested to refrain from loud music / TV / talking and singing in their rooms.
 

3.   Respect the serenity and tranquility of Bhandardara that most guests have come here for!!!

 

4.   Instructions for drivers:

 

a.    Drivers will not be allowed to loiter in the campus except for parking area.

b.    Drivers’ accommodation is available in Resort at a nominal charge.

c.    Drivers are not allowed to play loud music from car music players, cell phones etc.

d.    Refrain from Honking and speeding on the Bhandardara roads and in the resort.  

e.     Drivers should refrain from eating gutkha , paan parag and spitting.

 

5.   Restaurant Timings:

a.    Breakfast: - 08:00 am to 10.30 am.

b.    Lunch: - 01:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

c.    Dinner: - 08:00 pm to 10.30 pm.

6.   Pets:

a.    Pets are not allowed at Yash Resort.  

7.   swimming pool rules:

Guests are expected to follow the swimming pool rules stringently:

a.    Pool timings are from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm.

b.    Swimming costumes are mandatory.

(If you are not carrying one you can hire it at the reception at a nominal charge.)

c.    Diving, jumping and unruly behavior at the pool should be avoided.

d.   Kindly use Pool towels when at the pool.

e.    Children should not be left unattended at the pool.

f.     Use of mobile cameras or any other cameras near the pool should be avoided. Any such activity if noticed will lead to confiscation of the gadget.

8.   Discotheque:

    Discotheque will be kept open from 8.00 pm – 10.30 pm. 

9.   Consumption of Liquor:

    Guests wanting to consume liquor in their rooms can do so but are prohibited from doing so in the restaurant and public areas.
